Someone once said, “What goes around comes around.” This statement is no more true than recent revelations of stuff being stolen from occupy protestors. Think about it, these folk believe income should be "redistributed" from the rich to the poor. Then they protest when packs of thieves actually try to…for lack of a better term, do what they are doing.
These protestors believe they are being stolen from by the “fatcats” then they complain when someone does the same thing to them. Welcome to the wonderful world of reality!
To make things even more interesting, the “fatcats” on Wall Street who gave millions to candidate Obama, are now complaining that the Dems are biting the hand that fed them. What a paradox: The protestors are having their stuff stolen while the “fatcats” are complaining that they are being demonized by the same people, or surrogates thereof, they put into office.
Well boys and girls, fact can sometimes be stranger than fiction.
I posit what I hope will be pearls of wisdom for both sides of this real life drama: Protestors need to see that they are being used by rich puppeteers who could care less about them or their perceived cause. They are in reality, “useful idiots” as some once said. The Wall Street crowd need to realize that you get what you pay for. Mr. Obama, in a rare moment of truth, told them that “we need to redistribute the wealth.” I wonder whose wealth they thought he was talking about?
We are at a crossroads and people need to realize that “the king has no clothes” and that the Democrats are running a “naked reverse” on us. If they succeed, the touchdown will be scored against capitalism and our way of life will be the loser. Wake up before it’s too late and give our money to those who want to help increase wealth, decrease taxes and allow each person to rise to their potential.
Need I say more?
